well, we wanted to appease the natives.... that meant right off the bat securing something beefy and something veg. for entrees.
After that, we just picked the 2 best chicken dishes. I have a fish allergy, so that simplifies things

We thought about what we loved, thought about what we knew our families loved, and also decided to upgrade our package to make our guests feel really taken care of... ie. 1/2 lobsters for the Appetizer course [even though I don't eat seafood.]
