How did you send your STD's out?

If you did a magnet, did you just send the magnet in an envelope? Did you put it with something else with information?

Can you post pictures of how you did them?

Mine was a magnet. The vendor I got them from (Pippy's Sweets) provided the cards to put them in, envelopes and matching return add. Labels.

It looked really nice. I don't have a picture of it all put together. The cards & envelopes were plain white. It was not too much at all, in fact I still only had to use 1 stamp.

i diy-ed mine.

i put the magnets inside of cardstock... like a greeting card. on the outside it said 'they're getting married'

on the inside of the card... where stuff usually is pre-printed on a greeting card, i put a sentence about sharing our day. then i left space for the magnet, which i put on with a sicky-dot. underneath it, i gave info about our wedding web page.

I did a STD magnet and included them in the thank you cards from my e-party. Depending on where you order your magnets from some places have envelopes that fit the magents so you can mail them out like that.

I ordered mine from :

I'll try to post a pic later when I get home from work. I did a little DIY project too.

I bought cardstock from AC Moore (I think it was $5 for 25 cards), printed a saying on the front, folded them and then used picture mounting corners to stick the magnet inside. Super easy!!

Here's the saying I used (I found it from someone on LIW!- forgot who, otherwise I'd give them credit!!).

Then I added 4 hearts underneath the saying, and used a leaf hole puncher and punched two leaves on the bottom of the card (my STD magnet is red, so it looked nice coming through on the front of the card).

I gave most of them out at our e-party last week, but I'll be sending out some more in the mail to people who couldn't make it to the party.

I sent my STD magnets out in the envelope they came in, but I created a little card the size of the envelope to put inside w/ the magnet, to keep the magnet from getting lost inside. (envelope was bigger than the magnet.)

Since my envelope was so small, I used Avery index cards for laser jet printers, and used the word template for them to create the card. I was even able to put my monogram on it! I can send you the little poem I used if you'd like. They were a big hit.

we made cards and the magnets. i put tissue paper in between the card and magnet.

take them to the post office to be handcanceled.

I sent out magnets. I ordered them from magnetstreet.com. They came with lined envelopes and everyone absolutely loves them! I ordered return address labels from cupidlables.com. They were personalizes! They are cute!

I ordered them from her too.. I got the cards from her.. and I just got big clear labels and printed a pretty saying on the front of the card that I put the magnets in
