How did you word your accomodations insert?

How did you word your accomodations insert?

Please share your wording.

Are you supposed to include direction to/from the hotel to the wedding venue???

I'm thinking of writing:

We have reserved hotel rooms at:

X Hotel
Address

Please call _________ by X date for the wedding rate of $X.

This is what I did- i was wondering how to word it myself. Still haven't printed the cards up.

I love those cards - did you make that border yourself? I am looking for something similar for my church programs and am wondering where you got that design.

Ours came from the hotels.

Once they got to the hotel, there was a gift bag waiting for them that had directions and a map.

We got the inserts from the hotel. It's just that it clashes with our direction and RSVP cards.

Does anyone even care about this stuff except for the bride?

If I received a clashing hotel card, I really wouldn't mind or care or think about it.

How far in advance do you have to call for hotels?
does the bride have t book the hotels for people?

Here is what was printed on my accommodation insert in my pocket fold invites....

ACCOMMODATIONS

For your convenience, arrangements have been made for our guests to receive overnight accommodations at a special room rate at the
Hyatt Regency Wind Watch Hotel & Hamlet Golf Club.

Should you wish to take advantage of this special offering, please contact the reservations department at 631-232-9800 and mention the XXXXXXX/XXXXXXXX wedding.

Please make your reservation at least six weeks prior to arrival.

Transportation will be provided to and from Bourne Mansion.

Do it as soon as possible. It doesn't cost anything. You can just cross it off your list. This was probably the easiest thing to do.

I have the same problem. I just printed them up pretty using my colors and putting a monogram in the back (well its what I am in the process of doing)

We just mentioned in the invitation package that OOT'ers should call us for assistance in travel arrangements, and then we put lots of info on our webpage....

I designed them myself. Thank you. I may actually change the design slightly and add more of a texture to the background dont know yet. since i printing them on a laser and not a press i don't want to kill it.
