how do i apply for the license?

Umm I'm at 29 days!!!!

how do i apply for a marriage license?

I mean do I go to the local town hall?

I looked online- but it's not really helping LOL

does FH have to be with me?

I'm gonna Google it again, but if anyone has the 411 let me know

really you can just walk into any town hall with 40 dollars and of course fh. I know the price is a little different in the city

Heads up, check with the particular office you go to - some take cash only, some take money order only, etc.

If you go to any place outside of the 5 boroughs, I think you need to bring birth certificate also
