how do i change that thing on this

it says Newbie under my name, i see people with different things.. how do i change it?? otherwise ill always be a newbie

It will change to Board enthusiast soon, but you stay Board enthusiast until 1,000

I think it changed to Board Enthusiast at 100? I could be wrong.

ahh thanks for the pointer.. people will be getting lots of those now lol.. ill be that annoying person with the smiles.. i already got yelled at by someone for writting in all caps.. i didnt know there were rules to this... hmm maybe ill keep the newbie lol
