How do I deal with a MOM-zilla?

How do I deal with a MOM-zilla?

Any advice on how I deal with a momzilla (that I am currently living with)?

So many issues (invitations - who I am inviting and not inviting, how the invitations were worded, what the invitations looked like. then there was no bridal shower and no card box and no black shoes and nothing else she finds offensive or tacky)...

Well, now for the past two weeks it has been about her not being able to find a dress. I'm sick and tired of dress shopping with her. She doesn't eat right or exercise. I can't help her size and then I told her last year when I ordered my dress that she needed to look and order a dress or else it won't arrive in time. It is not my fault she just started looking and all the stores say it is too late to order something and she has to find it off the racks. She cries all the time and complains about everything wedding related. I can't deal with it... Now shes also hinting that the day of the wedding, when it is supposed to be MY day and ALL about me... she is going to need help getting dressed and is acting like she should be getting all pampered and assisted with her outfit. I have been so unselfish, so giving and polite and easy-going through this wedding process... and she is the only person causing drama!!

I'm at a loss on how to deal with her...

I really am not sure what to say. I'd just kinda ignore her the best you can, tell her that she is free to go dress shopping without you, and tell her that on your wedding day, you're going to be busy getting ready, so perhaps she needs to look into someone else to help her.

BUMPING because I have an annoying addition...

I told my mom I need to go shopping for a dress or a skirt and shirt combo because I forgot that the e-pics were being scheduled for next week and I have nothing to wear! As she is sighing and rolling her eyes she asks 'what are engagement photos?' ... she was like so annoyed by me even mentioning it. I didn't necessarily want them at first, but they were thrown in by my photo guy because he feels its necessary and like practice for the big day. I agree now and she's all like... rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing over that I mentioned it. It's just becoming one thing after the other.

***ALSO... I don't know if I mentioned the first time around, now she wants to wear the same exact shoes as me except in a different color. you don't wear the same shoes as the bride??!!

Give the girl a break. We have all ask similar questions/vents in the past.

Do not give in. It is your day 1st...then hers. If she needs help..appoint a BM to assist her.
Keep her out of all things wedding related..Except where she is needed.
