How do I do this?

I was looking to make these cards and put them in frames for the wedding to explain the votive candle place cards and the bathroom baskets......how do I make these? I have no Idea how to get a B behind the wording

I am pretty sure if you do it in Microsoft word you can add that as a watermark. I think you can even pick the color!! HTH
