FH's birthday is july 7th and I was hoping to suprise him with tickets to Spamalot but every day Ive search comes up sold out!!!!!
Isnt there one show in the next three months that has two seats open??
Damn tourists are taking the tickets!!!

It's funny you should post this. I just bought tixx today for FH's birthday (june 26) and I got Februay 18th! and they're not even orchestra. The website won't help. Call telecharge 212-239-6200 and they will help you find the next available dates. There were some inseptember, but I didn't want them b/c Hank Azaria won't be in the cast at that time and Fh and I both love him. Good Luck

OMG!!! you cant get to see it until February...not only wont it be a b-day gift, or a wedding gift...it will be a valentines gift!!!

i think tix are still availble for september. ticketmaster.com, shows available tix. we are trying for november, lets see how that goes

Such a FANTASTIC show!!!! We got tix for Christmas...show wasn't even open yet!!! You must go see it! We loved it so much...we're even putting a song on our CD favors!

well i came across premium tix for a july show but it would be 600 for the two of us...waaayy more than i can spend with a wedding coming up
guess he will have to wait to see it and deal with a videogame for his b-day

Thats funny I was just looking to get FH tix for his birthday on July 3. I called and the first tickets available were in September. I wound up getting tickets for the sunday of Columbus day weekend.

If you work in the city you can always try going that day. Sometimes they have a certain amount of tickets that they 'hold' and if they are not taken they will go on sale the day of (usually shortly before the show). Hey, if you don't mind standing you can usually get SRO tickets for $21- $30.

yeah thats a problem b/c we live upstate so we really have to plan when we could go...only on weekends and such :(

Bear in mind though, Hank Azaria will NOT be in the cast at this time. I mena for most people it's not big deal. FH and I are huge fans of his though.
Hank Azaria will return around Thanksgiving. He is off shooting his tv series for Showtime.
I must say, though, the man who played Galahad in his place was very, very good! But while I like Hank Azaria, I am not a diehard fan so it didn't matter to me. David Hyde Pierce and Tim Curry was excellent.
