How do I include my 12 year old cousin?

Dad just called and asked me to 'find a place' for my cousin. She's at that 12 year old short, chubby and SHY phase. But I was her mom's flower girl (when I was like 4), so I should include her somehow. If I make her a jr bridesmaid can she wear this dress with the rest of the girls? Any ideas? thanks!

I think the dress is fine for a Jr. Bm. I had my jr. wear the same color dress but a different style.

I thought about a reading, but shes so darn shy! They live in Florida so I don't see her all that often, but last month when I saw her she would barely even talk to my FI, I can't imagine she'd do a reading.

I think a Jr BM is a great idea and the dress is appropriate for a 12 year old. Think how excited she will be!! I know some ADULTS who wouldn't want to do a reading

DEFINATELY MAKE HER A JR BRIDESMAID IF POSSIABLE, THE DRESS IS PERFECT.. MY FH HAS A 9 YEAR OLD BROTHER AND HE IS TO OLD TO MAKE THE RING BEARER (PLUS OUR ADORABLE NEPHEW, MY FH'S GODSON IS OUR RING BEARER), BUT WE ARE DEFINATELY MAKING HIM A JR. GROOMSMEN, IT WILL BE GREAT :) GOOD LUCK

The dress is fine for a jr. Bridesmaid. Being that it'll be the same as the older girls, she'll probably feel very cool and 'included' in the whole day. You could also ask to do other special things for you like hand out programs or bells or birdseed at the ceremony...
