How do I know if this is morning sickness or just the flu?
I have been in bed all day. My nausea just started last week and had lasted pretty much all day. Today I can hardley get out of bed, Im dizzy and vomitting. Im not sure if I have a bug or just sever morning sickness.

Could be either. Are you actually vomiting? Do you have a fever?
Make sure you drink lots of fluids and try to eat something- crackers or dry toast. And you should call your doctor if you are worried.

Tess, I'm not sure either but I was like that for 2 months solid. MS lasted 5 1/2 months for me Call your dr. that's what they are there for. Feel better
