How do I let a BM down LOng

I need advice on this. I have three girls who said they would be in my wedding. My fourth girl just a had baby boy YAY but she is not sure if she can find a baby sitter for the wedding. She only has 1 person that she trusts for the weekend to babysit. I asked her about 2mo ago to be in the wedding but hse hasent given me an answer. I know that she has seen her Sister and she keeps telling me that she forgot. Now the thing is I think that she cant afford to be in the wedding because she has 2 kids and they are barely gettting by. The problem is the girls are going for their dresses next week and Ineed an answer. I think she has to say no but dosent want to tell me to make me upset. I just want her there so I would ask her to do a reading or something. I just want her there as my best friend to be a part of the day. Should I maybe say to her I would rather you do a reaading to get her off the hook. Would it be tacky to bring up the situatuion on the money? love this gril with all my
leart and I dont want her to feel traped. Help

I'd call her or go see her, and offer her to do a reading and tell her that whichever she decides on, as long as she is present at your marriage, you'll be happy. A reading would be perfect, then even if she can't go to the reception, she's present at the most important part of the day-your marriage.

Can you afford to buy her dress or maybe pool money together i mean it seems you really want her in your BP.JMO

I'd go and see her in person and ask her to do the reading. Maybe her husband can watch the baby and she can be their for the marriage ceremony which to me is the most important part. I'm sure that since you two are so close that she really doesn't want to hurt your feelings and say she can't be in the BP because of child care issues and finances. Best of Luck
