I bake mine in the oven on 350 for about an hour or until soft. Don't forget to stick them with a fork first.

I actually slice mine into circles place in a pyrek and microwave when they are done place some butter on top to melt...they come out SO GOOD.

Do NOT stick your sweet potatoes with a fork if you are cooking them in an oven...you'll have sweet potatoe 'juice' stuck to the bottom of your oven and a HUGE mess.

You ONLY prick the potato prior to cooking IF you are using a microwave.

in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil and yes I stick a fork in towards the end - about an hour to make sure they are nice and soft.
