How do I post a gown pic?

I can't figure out how to download a pic off the eve of milady site, the dress is the E25 can anyone assist? Ok just realized FH comnputer has some major firewall thingy and it's not allowing me to save the pic. I'll download it from home tomorrow...

Thanks!
