How do I put together the invitations?!!!

Help! My MOH and I are putting together the invitations, but are unsure of what goes where and in what envelope! Can someone help?

Invite, tissue paper, reception card, response card and envelope, directions put in envelope. Put in mailing envelope. repeat a thousand times and done!

also, the response card is supposed to be 'writing out' under the flap...so they see it first. but really, you can do it anyway you want!
