We are having a brunch at the hotel the morning following the wedding. We don't want to put a note inside the invitations. Not everyone is staying at the hotel, but everyone is invited to the brunch

Re: How do I tell everyone about the brunch???
Have them give it out when people check in.
Where is your block? We got married at Giorgio's and used the Hampton Inn Brookhaven....

if u are doing OOTG bags, u can put them in there. another option is to send out notes in the mail.
we included a card for it with our invites....

Not everyone is staying at the hotel. Our reception ends at 5:30, so some people are leaving or going home. A lot of people are staying the night BEFORE the wedding because the reception ends so early. Then both of our parents are having family back to their own respective houses

Are you doing programs? Maybe you can make a note at the bottom about the brunch.

Yes, we are doing programs. I am not sure if the programs is the appropriate place to put it

if you don't want to put a note in with your invites, you could send another small note with the info, use word of mouth or evite.com. another thought, what are you doing for favors? maybe try to incorporate it into that. or do you need to know before hand how many people are coming?

Good questions...but I am not sure..I like the e invite.com idea...but that may be a problem with older guests...not everyone has an email addresss. What abot a wedding newsletter...that can either be handed out with the programs of mailled out a ffew weeks in advance.

We're putting the message in our OOT bags at the hotel that it is occurring at, so the guests there know.

I'm putting mine in my invites, but if you don't want to put it in there, include it any OOT bags/boxes, make an announcement at the reception, and include it in the programs.

I am putting a notre in their welcome baskets and the hotel's reader boards will display the brunch and where it is, etc

Re: How do I tell everyone about the brunch???
We sent a separate invitation to everyone that RSVPd 'Yes' to the wedding as soon as all the replies were in. We asked everyone to RSVP so we would have a rough count.
