How do I transfer pictures onto Silk material?

I need help ladies.

I am looking to make a chuppah like this picture. I found someone who can do that but they are asking for 4K

I figure I can do it myself. Does anyone know how I could do that? Or if someone knows somebody that can do this for me for under $500 I would appreciate that.

For the pics you could try printing them out on your printer using iron-on transfer paper

For any Hebrew letters, wording or decorative flourishes, you could do the same or other brides have printed them out on regular paper, placed the paper behind the fabric then painted the silk using fabric paint.
