How do I word this?

Hi, I'm making cards to attach my STD magnets to, I just wanted to say a little blurb about the hotel info since we have a ton of OOT guests...

A block of rooms has been reserved under our names at Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 in Riverhead, NY. Please book your room early in order to ensure room and shuttle availability.

Please visit www.blahblahblah.com for more guest and travel information.

Does this sound good? Anything else I should tweak or add?

that sounds good....did the hotels give you little papers with directions and web info on them?

Im waiting on my hotel to send them to me to send out my STD's

otherwise, its good to me!

hmm, no.... I wanted to add another night to my hotel block anyway so I will ask about this when I get in touch with the sales manager (she is IMPOSSIBLE to reach!! )
