i swear i just got lunch and i think i am eating weeds they found in the garden.....

I ordered a salad the other day and it was drowning in dressing. I just sat there singing 'Don't drown your food in mayo, ketchup or goo.'

it's very easy to mess up a salad! I've had to send them back at restaurants on more than 1 occasion. 2 things I cannot stand. Dressing ON the salad (I am one of those PIA’s who always gets it on the side – the dressing that is! LOL). The other thing I cannot stand is wilted lettuce or other veggies that don’t look too fresh. It grosses me out!!!!!!!

or soft croutons!!! i'm not the biggest crouton fan, but i do not wish to eat soft, stale croutons (ironically (?) they are stale bread.... )

yes - this was totally wilted lettuce and the croutons were soggy - kicker is - i asked for no croutons....

i am convinced i got someone elses send back or something....

I love my lettuce SUPER fresh. No brown! I can't stand it and I have to pick it to remove all the bad one. Otherwise I can't eat it!

no one likes icky lettuce!!! although i think FMIL can't see a darn thing...she is all the time making a salad with wilted and even soggy lettuce...and she eats it...yuck. i just don't understand her logic....if half the apple is bad, the whole thing is thrown out...but she'll just cut off the icky part!!!
