looking to make invites for rehersal dinner because FH's parents think poeple just 'know' about it.
anyone know how to make them on the comp?

They have really nice paper/invites at Target and Micheals. My friend is really good at doing stuff like that..she is actually helping me with all my paper stuff (programs, placecards, menus, and lots more)..if you want FM her..NYPDsGIRL

You can use microsoft word and use a nice font. Are you going to do a folded invite or a regular one sheet card?

I bought really cute cardstock (with a tuxedo on the left side and a wedding gown on the right) from Papiere in Huntington - 15 for $20 and change, with envelopes. This is what they look like (printed).
Set up the page in Word (for Mac) and then just typed up something real simple. Printed them and the envelopes...and just mailed them out today.
If you're opposed to buying pre-decorated cardstock, I would just go to Michael's and get their invite package - comes with envelopes - and print them in Word.

If you don't want to do them yourself, I've used this vendor for other things and plan to use her for our Rehearsal dinner invites -- they are only $0.50 a piece with envelope -- pre-printed on nice card stock!
