How do u save a monogram as a JPEG??

How do u save a monogram as a JPEG??

I'm in Power Point and made a cute mongram. When I go to save as JPEG the file comes up black when I go bakc to access it. ANY TIPS??

click file, save as, then the box that says save as type, click on the arrow & scroll down to jpeg. That will work.

Yeah that's what I tried...I'm not having jpeg come up as an option...tried in word too...
