you can use the girls on LIW for that. like say, well I'm on LIWeddings.com and I read that this girl got this. Or just ask for things and the worst they can say is no OR they will give you a lower price.

Say something like... 'Oh, you want $140 per person? We really didn't want to spend more than $###'
and when they give you a better price, ask for extras... 'Well since we're paying $###, I'm sure you can throw in an extra CH buffet item, etc etc'
