Ok so I ordered my invitations with this one company. I had a few issues with getting them but i have them now and they came out beautiful. turns out they had shorted me some envelopes and bc they were a 3rd party vendor for this particular invite they were charged more money from the manufacturer to get the envelopes i was missing... so the owner hinted to me several times on how she had to pay more money for them and how she wanted me to pay for the missing envelopes. I refused to pay for them bc i already spent $1006 on the frickin invites... so anyway... before all this happened i had her put to the side a wedding scroll seating chart that we would use. Its like 225... now i feel like she is going to charge me more to make up for what 'she was charged' for my missing invites... but without being a total beatch how do i cancel the scroll with her and find something else?

Re: How Do You?
Did you put down a deposit on the scroll ? Is there a contract for it ? If no, then just tell the vendor that you changed your mind about using the scroll.
As for the envelopes, it should be her loss, not yours. She should have checked the order as it came in to make sure that it was all there.
