How do you address an ORTHODOX priest and his wife on an invitation HAHAHA?

Ftr. & Mrs. Mike Blah-Blah
Ftr. being the abbriviation for Father.
For some reason Mr. & Mrs. Father Mike doesn't seem to make sense.

For our engagement, I addressed them as: Father 'so and so' & Presbytera
