Binder with sepereate folders for each vendor that are holding important info (like contracts), pocket folders organized by vendor with all the mailings I have received.... then a seperate notebook that i use all the time to jot down random notes, ideas, recommendations, etc... I also have an Excel file loaded with info...

Dam# the binder!!
I thought it was such a great idea, and now I need a bleeping tote just to carry the big, bulky binder. I should have went accordian - much easier to transport. Although I must say my binder is complete with color coded dividers, clear pockets for pics and swatches, a note bad, blank calendar pages, sticky notes, a business card organizer and a calculator. How do you spell obsessed'? K-R-I-S!

Kris funny you should mention tote bc that is what i asked for my bday from Jen and my mom from Coach. Except we're gonna go to Canal St instead and get some fakies bc god knows I cant stay satisfied w/ something long enough to invest alot of money into it.

my aunt bought me a wedding book that has everything I need inside of it so everything is in this book
I have a binder now that i keep all my contracts ideas and everything regarding the wedding. I plan on cleaning it out once per month once i make final decisions.
I bought an accordion folder with 13 pockets/dividers
