I dont have a snappy come back for that but I hate when people ask you stupid questions....they know you have to send them out so who cares how long in advance you mail them.

Mom's know just what to say...when I made my STD's and brought them over to my MIL's house (because my DH's whole family lives in a 3 family house...grandparents, uncles and parents all in separate apartments on the same unit ) she asked 'what's this, your invitation?' I said 'no, it's my Save the Date's to let people know our date'...her response 'aw, you're just a little show off, aren't you?'... Apaprently, no one in that family had ever heard of STD's and my wax seals and computer made card on Crane's paper were seen as 'absurd'...neddless to say, I nixed that idea.
Wow, that turned into a neat little rant, didn't it?
I say that to say...mom's, gotta love them...'cause otherwise we'd choke them!

It doesn't matter when we send them out... people (married and unmarried) still DON'T RETURN THEM EVEN THOUGH WE PUT A DARN STAMP ON THEM!! <> My RSVP date is less than a month away and I only have 1/6 response rate. I wonder why I sent them out at all!
