Re: HOW DO YOU 'DE-STRESS'?
Alina, I am going through some of the same exact things as you. Here is what I do:
1) I had to do an essay in order to get into the teacher education program (almost finished): I pop a creme saver in my mouth, zone out everything except what i am working on and listen to maxwell (my personal favorite) it mellows me out and my writing flows so easily.
2)I am planning to lose weight and i just don't have the funds right now for weight watchers and anything else, so I was stressed: I searched the internet and I found calorieking.com, which is almost identical to weight watchers. I take my time without having to pay
3) Work: Okay I work with children there is no way around that type of stress
I'm a big fan of working out and messages to relieve stress...but a quick fix that I have been using latey is breathing....
I know it sounds silly...but most people don't breathe really deeply...breathe in until you can't get anymore air in your lungs (preferably through your nose)
I alwasy feel some immediate relief...repeat a few times

Re: HOW DO YOU 'DE-STRESS'?
I de-stress by getting pedicures, facials or massages-I love being pampered. Or I call my best friend and chat away-she can always calm me down.
