I won't have my dress until February and I have no clue how I am going to wear my hair!! When will be too late to decide?

Re: How do you decide on a veil??
I decided on my veil by trying a whole bunch on with my dress (at the same store where I bought my dress). Why don't you go back to the store where you ordered yrou dress from, try on the sample, and then try on a few of their veils with it to see what style you like best? Then, if you don't want to buy it from there, you at least will know what style and color that you want and can buy it elsewhere.
For your hair, you'll want to schedule a hair trial or two. I'm not sure exactly when this should be done, but I wouldn't leave it to the last minute b/c you have lots of other things to do (seating charts, place cards, etc.)
Good luck with your planning!

Re: How do you decide on a veil??
I have had a 2 year engagement, and I started to look before I even got the dress, but did not get the veil until after I got my dress. I went around looking at different styles of veils, to see what I liked and to see what would look right with my face shape. I must have tried on at least 100 veils!!! I finally found one that I liked and kept going back to the store to try it on, about 3 times and then ordered it. It was like looking for the dress, you will know once you put it on. For the hair trial, I have been getting my hair done when I have a wedding or a fancy affair to go to, I have had 1 so far, and have 2 more weddings to go to before my own, so that is how I am trying the styles. If you have no affairs to go to get your hair done and go out for a really nice dinner with FH.

Definitely going to do a hair trial for a wedding we are attending on 11/14. But even for that I have no idea what I want them to do!!! I can honestly say I have never had my hair 'done' professionally.
