how do you decide what tier slip to wear?

my gown is a ball gown. Do I use 1,2,3,4 tiers? More? I would like it really fluffy

I bought a hoop skirt off ebay. The hoops are adjustable too to make it fuller or less full.
check there & look at christy's photos she had one on.

once I tried the different slips one with my dress I knew the level of puffiness that I wanted, so that is how I decided. If you do not want to buy it from the bridal shop, try it on at the bridal shop and get it elsewhere at least you know what you are getting and how it will look with your dress.
