especially how do you get the shape back when you lay it flat?

Re: how do you dry sweaters?
I usually just lay it flat and the shape is there for the handwashing stuff. But most of my wool sweaters I dry clean.

Re: how do you dry sweaters?
I dryclean all of my sweaters because I can never get them to look right after I wash them.

Re: how do you dry sweaters?
you can put your sweater in the dryer...after it all dry...and use the Fluff cycle. IT uses air with no heat!!

it will usually help the sweater go back to its original shape.

Re: how do you dry sweaters?
I follow the washing instructions and fluff them in the dryer after they are dry. It definitely works.

i had a system when i was in college because I was like Felicity with all the sweaters I wore!!
I would hand wash them in ice cold water (idiot! Lol - but in college who has the $$ to dry clean?) Then lay them on a towel on top of the dryer to dry. Sometimes they would lose their shape.

Re: how do you dry sweaters?
I've shrunk a couple of sweaters by putting them in the dryer. One was shrunk to a doll size.
