Re: How do you envision your big day?

it's so hard to say, but I envision my day to be like this:

I want myself to be thinner (had to throw that in there)
Ok, this is really hard to verbally explain, but i'll give you some pics of things I'm having at my wedding

I am having my ceremony and reception at the Estate at East Wind Caterers..
I will be in white gown with a long train, my hair half up half down, as shown in the pic..

My BM will be in will be wearing euro black dresses by Bill levkoff, strapless, and floor length..
My handsome FI will be in blac suit, with a silver vest..
Gm will be in BLack suits, not sure about vests yet..
My boquet will be different shades of pink Peonies, and my bm boquet will be pink and tangerine..

first pic is my dream dress.
After that is my wedding album, filled with lots of nice black and white pics of us on the beach, with initials drawn in the sand!
I would love a bouqet of baby roses...all white though, with a big sunflower in the middle.

This is my ring pillow:

Of course I want the day to be 'perfect' but I don't want to stress about anything that day. I just don't want to care about little things. I am just SO excited to be getting marred, that it doesn't matter when or where. I want to lose weight too, and I just want to look beautiful for my FH! Here are some pix of what will be involved in the BIG DAY!!!

djkatscan: where, oh WHERE did you get that glass slipper? I'm probably going to get one when we go to Disney again. As you can see I have a little Cinderella theme going on here!

Re: How do you envision your big day?

here's some more of my stuff:

(the bm dress pic is horrible. I'm kind of dissapointed that I have to send it to my girls looking like this!)

the girls are going with seperates with different styles of tops. this is only one example.

the back of my dress is like a corset where it gets laced up the back.

The cake is not the actual one, but the closest to the pic that i had cut out of a magazine to show the baker. (and minus the flowers on it)

OOO! I want to play! Ok, so here's how I hope it will go down......
First of all, I want to feel like true princess, let there be NO mistakes about that
I want people to be blown away by the mansion (pic one). I will be wearing the dress in pic two, my girls in the dresses in pic three, and my CP's in pic four.........

Now, use your imagination because my cake will look like this, only all white with gold scroll work.

Re: How do you envision your big day?

I envision my day to be stress free but I know that its impossible. I just want it to be memorable. I'm going to post pics in the following order:
my gown
my bok (from the flower thread)
my moh dress (if we dont change our minds again)
and the centerpiece i really like (from centerpiece thread)

i'll try to post bm dress tomorrow; i have to scan it, since website wont let me copy it.

Re: How do you envision your big day?

nehaliasz: I really like your cake..very simple and elegant!
I got the glass slipper from a girl I found on ebay. She did and 'outside of ebay transaction ' for me. I just looked for sellers from Japan, and I found her. She had a PERFECT sellers rating. So I emailed and asked if she would get the items for me, and she said yes!. She got it from Sanrio in Japan (they are the company that makes Hello Kitty) This was an exclusive Japan only thing...but as soon as I saw it I had to have! It was really cool of her to do it outside of ebay like that, since she did not know me from a hole in the wall. I love it so much, it really is my most unique Hello Kitty item. My niece admires it when she comes over, and cant wait to walk it down the aslie for me! That and 'throw flowers all over'
