Saturday DAY weddings??? great location but it would be from 1-6 about a $50 price difference from a night wedding on the date that I want in the summer!

We're having our wedding on a Saturday during the day and are thrilled about it. It's your decision in the end but it's a great idea!

We're having a day wedding 12-5ish and to be honest, I really didn't want that. I still wish I could have a night wedding. More time to get ready, more time to relax and take photos without feeling rushed. I'm hoping people will party afterwards with us. Like, what the heck are we going to do all night otherwise? Ha ha.
I did a day wedding because- FH really wanted to enjoy the grounds of our hall being that it's on the bay. My mom loved the price difference and I felt like I got to pick everything else.

Sounds great -- especially starting at 1:00! I am not a morning person, and totally prefer a day wedding with an afternoon start, not an AM start! (nothing wrong with AM starts for those doing it, I just hate getting up in the morning!)

I think people will party afterwards with you....FH and I went to his cousin's wedding with a similar timing and we were all hanging out at the hotel bar for hours after! it was really fun!
