I mean what would you do or not do for it? Is it your life, or just a way to pay the bills?
While I think there are much more important things in life than my job, I do take it seriously. There are some things I just wouldn't do because they would jeopardize my integrity. For example, my DH was just invited to take part in this cooking TV show, I told him I wouldn't do it. I'm a press agent and it's my job to get my clients on TV, not appear on TV myself. I think it's a real conflict of interest.

i don't think i am any of the options...
I do have to say that, aside from occassional annoying days....i love my job...
Is it above everything else in my life...hell no.
But i do love my job and hope to stay for some time

it just paying the bills... we have a nice arrangement. i do what i need to do, i can surf the net while doing it, and listen to music.
im not doing anything close to what i would like to do and i need to make more money.
so for now, its all i got until the next BIG thing comes along.

I love my company and hope to be with them for a very long time! As for my job, right now I dig it but it's not the most important thing to me but it is in the top 3.

I love certain aspects of my job, but the agendas of the higher-ups makes me miserable. So I am happy when they aren't here but frazzled and mad when they are.

It's a job, and I love it, but I have a life. My home life is much more important to me than my job.
Right now there are some things going on here that I don't know how they will affect us, so I'm watching and waiting to see what's gonna happen. Sometimes I feel there are too many hands in the pot, KWIM?

For my day job, I enjoy the people I work with (some of the time ) but it's just paying the bills right now. I don't want to do this for the rest of my life.
My night job is a rip, I love it. I teach ESL/GED class which is a lot of fun. I would teach during the day but there are no health benefits so I can't

I work for a fantastic company, but I don't really like what I do. It's not bad, but it's not like I look forward to going to work. I'm just thankful that I have a job, and that it pays pretty well!

I was laid off in March, but before that I liked my company and coworkers but disliked my daily tasks for the most part. Now that I am looking for a new job, I am looking for something different from what I was doing.

I'm an 'other'. My current job is paying the bills, health insurance, etc while I get my masters for my career. However, my current situation is a career for most people - I just happen to be heading in a different direction.

my job is stressful at times and i have sacrificed alot of my time, even after office hours, but it pays the bills and affords me a good lifestyle, and i plan on staying here for a very very long time.

I like my field, but there are some co-workers I could definitely do without. There are aspects of my job I dislike, but I am working on a doctorate so I won't have to do those things anymore.

I'm an 'other', I guess. I love what I do on a day to day basis. I love that my job sometimes involves light travel. I love that my job is SO easy, most of the time, and I have lots of autonomy. But I HATE HATE HATE the politics of this place. I don't like the fact there is little to no room for advancement unless you are politically connected. I don't like the civil service mentality that this place fosters, it makes me feel like I am losing my edge in the technology industry. But I DO see myself staying here a long time because you really can't beat the benefits and the security of this job.

I dont mind my job - its not something I want to do with the rest of my life though. The problem is I dont know what I want to do with myself. I stay here because I am very comfortable. I LOVE my boss and everyone I work with. For me, it was hard to find a place like that. Kind of depressing I guess......
