I based my timeline on other girls! lol I would ask your hair and MU girl how long each stage will take and just factor that in. I'll get you mine for example.

Here ya go:

6:00 AM - wake up, eat breakfast, shower
7:00 AM - Hair
8:00 AM - Make-up
9:00 AM - Get dressed & Photog. arrives
9:00 AM - Flowers arrive
10:30 AM - Groom arrives at BCE
11:00 AM - Bride arrives at BCE
11:30 AM - Ceremony begins
12:00 PM - Cocktail hour
12:00 PM - Bridal party photographs
1:00 PM - Reception & Mr & Mrs Intros
5:00 PM - Reception ends & Party starts

ask the hair and make up people how long they need to do your hair/makeup, and figure in time for BMs, Mom, etc if they are also using the same person. Are you going to take pics with the BMs or your family before ceremony? I planned out having 1.5 hours to take pics before we had to leave for the church, and it worked out well.

You may want some pics beforehand of you getting dressed and just you and your family and that sort of thing. Our photographers told us they wanted an hour and a half for pics before the ceremony, and then we have an hour and a half between the ceremony and reception.

I asked my hair and makeup person how much time she needed to do me, my mom and MOH and she said 2 hours to 2 and a half. I want to double check that with her just to be sure it is enough time.

The only thing I would say is to make sure that you wash your hair about 12-16 hours before you are getting your hair done and don't use conditioner b/c your hair will stay in better. Just what I learned from being in a wedding this past weekend.

Also make sure that your photographer doesn't want to take pictures of the men at the church before the ceremony starts--they might have to leave earlier especially if they are going to greet people. JMO

11:30 - hair
1:00 - lunch
2:00 - makeup
3:30 - break
4:00 - photographer arrives - get dressed, take pics with mom and bridal party (girls)
5:00 - pics with my family
5:30 - photographer leaves for beach club to take pics of boys
6:00 - at hotel waiting to get picked up
6:30 - limo picking me up to go to beach club
7:00 - ceremony
