Hi - YOu can go to the bank and get a bond. I believe you can also do it on line- ( I did this about 2 years ago.). All you need is the persons SSN and the address as to where the Federal Got. should mail it too. YOu get a little certificate that says they will be gettinga bond from ou in the amount of $
