I am trying to write mine and don't know how to do it!!!!

I did the same thing. I wrote it out in the format that LIW takes it:

FLOWERS::

[IMG ]http:// post your url here.com [ / IMG] (with no spaces)

Text Here

and they showed up in the post with the pictures.
