... throw in extras and upgrades? Any negotiation advice to get a better package without the cost?

I would say just ask for what you want. If you want something specific thrown in ask for that. The worst they could say to you is no.

you pretty much just ask or say something like another RH thats comperable is $X less pp can you match them or do better? if not we will go there
