how many OOT guests are staying at the hotel so you can make OOT bags. We sent out STD's with hotel info and a code to use when booking, so if I call the hotel will they be able to tell me? Do I give them extras too? So many?'s sorry!

Our hotel gave me a user name and password for their website that I could check the status of the room blocks online whenever I wanted.

I called the hotel and asked. I also made a FB post to see if the hotel missed anyone (and they did actually miss about 5 people!)

I am going to call back one month before the wedding and find out exactly how many rooms have been booked under the block (the guests have until then to receive the discount). We already purchased Gable boxes (a pack of 25 because I know we are going to have at least 15-20 rooms for sure) and we'll purchase all the stuff to go in it after we call.

I would definitely call the hotel. Our hotel is booking up and fast and invites havent even gone out! We plan on getting a final number closer to the wedding day. Then we will make the boxes. Im waiting though since there will be food in them!

'Out of Town' gift bags (water, chips, itinerary and other goodies to thank your friends and fam for coming and staying for your wedding!)...
I booked my hotel block a year out and sent the info with the STD's. A lot of people booked up early and then a last minute push happened again after invitations went out. I had to have 'final' numbers in with the hotel one month before... My mom was actually kind enough to make them for me, so she went to Costco like 3 weeks before and just bagged up 30 of them (we had 25 rooms blocked), and they were ready to go!
