how do you know when you are done registering?

my sister is telling me i have to get a move on with my registry..i dont know if im forgetting anything..i NEED a washer and dryer..can i add that to my registry? that is really what i need..or maybe ill do home depot gift cards...i feel like im forgetting something? how do you know?

if you register on felicite.com you can add a washer and dryer and people can pitch in for it. we really want a tempurpedic mattress but that's like $3000. so we did that...

we have one at fortunoff and bbb too. you can't have too much stuff on your registry. just don't expect all of it to be bought.

I started my registries in February. I am constantly updating and changing them. A good idea is to print out one of the suggestions as to what to register for (most of the sites have them) and compare it to your own registry. There are things on there that I wouldn't have thought of but will totally need.

For us, we started choosing silly things we really don't need or want. When that happened, we figured we had done more than enough, deleted the silly stuff, and have left it alone since.

We constantly add stuff when we think of it our registries are almost done (and I have a second shower coming up)....our friends and FH's non NY family probably won't give money for the wedding so we probably need to add some more too!
