How do you make votive placecards

This might be a silly question but how do you get the names on the votive holder and where do you find cheaper votive holders from? THANKS!

First i would call your RH and make sure you are able to do so, alot of places dont allow this...Theyll allow candles on the table but dont want people walking around with candles in their hands all over the place.
