How do you post a picture?

I have a picture of my bm dresses I want opinions on, but I have no idea how to post it. I pulled the photo off the internet. Could someone advise me on what to do?
Thanks in advance

Save the pic to your PC, and then when you go to post, click 'browse' and and click on the pic you just saved...
