How do you post something from microsoft word?

I want to post my table #''s and menus that I started workning on and I have no clue how to do it.

click on the browse button below and choose from your ms word files.

I was but now that I got the pgeg format monogram I decided to play around (out of boredom) and I did a pretty good job if I dont say so myself

It won't post using the browse button because it is not in jpeg format

Can you print to PDF and then convert it to a JPG?

If you save it as a jpeg onto your computer it should work
