as you know, my current life sucks. im overly stressed and down right moody all the time.
what do you do to get a breather and treat yourself and relax? i need ideas or i will just hit the bottle by myself hahah

Mani/ Pedi Massage ( I get the 10 or 15 minute ones at the nail salon and find them very relaxing) Long walk Shopping - don't even have to buy I enjoy browsing Listening to good music Watching an entertaining movie Reading Good meal

-Read. -Beach (but like waaaaaaay down Field 5 at Robert Moses before the nudie beach) There is no one there and it's quiet. -Walk to the Fire Island light house. -Drive and drive and drive. -Mani/pedi -Wineries

and i try to do something difficult so I'm forced to concentrate.

Exercise Talk it out Cry Drive Write it down Shop Go to the batting cages - it's amazing how great it feels to hit things with a bat when you're stressed, lol When all else fails, food and wine are my last resorts

Massage mani/pedi watch a funny movie drink a glass of wine Go for a walk Think of happy memories/good days Eat chocolate! Look at old pictures Call a good friend Take a drive somewhere nice
