How do you repost?

I am such a dummy. I should really know how to do this already.

i thought she meant, if she posts something on BHB, for instance and wants to RP it on 06 without retyping the whole thing...
is that what you meant milerose?
if it is, i'd love to know too! lol

Yes that is exactly what I mean!!!

Thanks I am not the only one.

this is how i do it. i don't know if it's the 'right way' to do it.

there are two ways... either providing a link or a new copy of the post.

which would you prefer to do??

if you want to provide a link to your previous post,
open that thread, highlight the web address... that's where it says 'www.liweddding.......', right click it and COPY.

then start your new thread and 'insert web link' the way you would for any other website.

if you want to make it so that the reader doesn't have to do any more clicking, open the original thread, highlight your text, right click and COPY it.

then go to the new board, start your new thread. right click in the space that's 'post message' and PASTE.
