I was going to ask one of my BM to step down to do a reading but i decided not to! i felt bad, but it depends on your situation!! you want to be sure about the people standing behind you! GL!

I honestly don't believe in asking someone to not be a BM after you asked them. Unless there are extreme circumstances. I think it would be very insulting to them if you asked them to no longer be apart of the wedding- just please think it over very carefully before doing this- it could ruin the friendship.

Asked someone to be a bridesmaid now I'm having second thoughts? is there anyway to do this nicely? Or should I just keep her and know that it will make her happy?

Is she a friend or family? You can tell her you have cut down your BM, you want to have a small BP, family only???
