How do you tell a vendor...

that you have decided not to use them... in an email! I have to write one today and not sure how to word that. It wasnt that i didnt like her style, but I had decided that it wasnt exactly what i wanted (for hair) and I was able to get in touch with someone who used to do my hair for other weddings and she was available that day...

Any help is appreciated! Thanks ladies!!!

I think you say pretty much what you just said:

I want to thank you for meeting with me. I think you have a great style; however, I have decided to go in a different direction regarding my hair. A woman who I used to use on a regular basis has recently come back into the area and is available for my wedding. Thank you again.

Don't worry. They won't take ti personally. My job is sles and I don't take it personally when someone goes against working with me. It's to be expected

Thanks so much for meeting with me last Thursday. I really enjoyed meeting with you. I just wanted to let you know that we have decided to go with another vendor for (whatever), though we think you did a great job and would be glad to refer you to other brides.
