FH's cousin's daughters are 2 of our FG's and my niece is our 3rd FG. I ordered a FG dress as a 'test' online for my niece. The dress came and its really cute. Now the dress is being discontinued ...I emailed FH's cousin a few weeks ago and asked her when she would be comfortable ordering them (it was before I knew they were being discontinued). She never answered me. How do I approach this???

I would call her and just ask if she got your email. If she says yes maybe she forgot or is putting it off because she doesn't have the money right now. If she says things are tight with the holidays maybe offer to order it for her and she can reimburse you...

Maybe you can find out if you place the order if she can just reimburse you? Then you know the order will be placed right away.

Call her and tell her you're really sorry to spring this on her especially around the holidays but you just found out the dresses are being discontinued. Maybe offer to order them for her if she's strapped for time or cash.

perfectly said.... but can i just add one thing, r u sure theres nothing else you like?? to order a fg dress from now is a little early, id hate to see her grow out of it by the time the wedding comes

I would think it might be hard to order FG dresses so far in advance bc kids grow at all different rates what if it doesn't fit her come september

They are RIDICULOUSLY inexpensive dresses...just in case they are too small when Sept comes around...we are ordering 1 size up though and crossing my fingers. The dresses are under $40/each

Oh alright. Well then I agree it shouldn't be so hard. Like other girls said if they need help paying for it bc it is the holidays than maybe you can spot them.
