how do you tip the day of the wedding and how much?

besides the maitre'd.....who else do we tip and what is the usual amount?? the photographer? the limo drivers?

I think the gratuity is included with our limo.

We tipped almost everyone and Im pretty sure we tipped pretty generously.

We tipped:
Photographers
Videographer
Band
Maitre D
Day of Wedding Coordinator
Florist
Limos

The amount really depends on your satisfaction with their performance.

If you want to know exact amounts feel free to forum mail me but in general we tipped several hundred for each vendor. Ranging from $200-$600.

photographer & asst
DJ & MC
Maitre D'
Head waiter
limo driver
videographer

Hey...FI and I are struggling with the tip stuff ourselves. We are polling all our recently married friends.

This is who we are planning on tipping:
Priest
Alter boys
Organist/Singer (he is doing it for free -friend of family)

Maitre d
Waitstaff
Bridal Assistant
Not sure about Valets and bathroom or coat room attendant - figure guests typically tip these poeple unless you specifically request they do not accept tips

Limo
Photo and asst
Video
Florist Delivery

makeup (she does this on her own but my friend said she still tipped her 25%)
Hair

I search all old posts this weekend and then compiled our amounts...It was over $1600! Yikes! FI was not happy! (if you search by tips you can find some good stuff on this board!)
