How do you uninvite a BM to be in your wedding?

Becuse of family reasons I now find myself not wanting one the girls that I asked to be in my BP.

How do I go about this.

how about just being honest. Tell her because of family issues maybe its best she wasnt a BM but you still want her to be apart of the special day and ask her to be a reader.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I think it's best to be honest, and tell her how sorry you are about it. If she is a true friend, she will understand and show you some compassion for being in such a difficult situation. If she is a selfish b****, then she might throw a fit, but then it's just as well she's out of the party, right?

Guess that sounds a little harsh, but I just had a bridesmaid issue myself, and as you can probably guess, it didn't turn out well.

At least now I know my bridal party is made up of true friends, not false ones.
