How do you use the seating chart thing on LIW

I can't figure out how to use it?

First, you have to list everyone by entering their names under the tab that says 'Wedding Guests'.

Then when you click on 'Seating Chart' your guests names will appear in the seating pool. Decide how many people will be at each table and then move each person from the pool onto their respective tables.

I did all that, but they're not moving to the tables!

Once you have everyone in the seating pool, select a name and it will become highlighted. Then select the table from the drop-down menu underneath the list and click the 'arrow' button next to it. That should move them.

What annoyed me is that you can't add tables. I had a 12 person max at each table and they wanted me to fill each table rather than adding more tables (some had less than 12).

Why can't I get seating for the B LIST people? Is it only for A LISTERS???

And why are people listed in my seating pool that aren't coming to the wedding??
