How does one....

create a topic that someone will actually answer?

I need to vent and hopefully not cause any drama. I've been on this site for a while, made friends, got some ideas from others, etc. But whenever it comes to me posting a topic, it falls by the wayside, leaving me wondering 'what the hell am I gonna do now?' We all come here for advice but (for me) it's feeling like HS all over again, no one giving a sh*t about what I say. Maybe it's because I'm not as out-going as everyone else, or because the topic was already posted, or maybe it's because my post topics are utterly AWFUL but still...I'm at the point of not posting any topics at all and only giving advice if I can help. I'm sorry I'm not as popular as everyone else nor have the savvy of posting awesome topics that lead to 20 pages of responses, but for once I'd like to have more than 1 or 2 responses to questions that could help someone else. I dunno, this is probably pointless and most likely I'll lose friends on this site and end up an outcast, but I gotta stand up for myself for once in my life instead of waiting in the wings...

Hi!

I just think some girls have been on here for a long time. I joined (slowly) over the summer and just kind of jumped in since Sept. Sometimes I post things and the same things happen. Its normal. There are a lot of inside jokes and things but everyone seems welcoming. I don't think I've actually seen any of your posts but I'd answer if I could!

To be honest, I post wherever I feel like I can help or someone is asking questions..I don't think anyone's doing it on purpose though.

I'm pretty new on here also, and there's tons of topics I post that don't always get a reply - but there's also tons of topics constantly being updated and topics get missed (I've noticed at certain times in 20 minutes, a certain topic can be burried within 3 pages of postings).

I'm sorry I don't come on as much as I would like to be able to bc of my schedule and stuff too. Don't feel alone though....we're here for you And don't worry, your post topics are not awful, the same things has happened to me in the past. I just think sometimes there are so many topics at once they maybe get pushed down.

I went back and found your thread. Maybe people didnt know what to answer or maybe people just posted a lot after you.

Id just bump my own thread til i got an answer.

Dont feel bad or left out. Your thread will prob help other brides w the same questions.

Danielle!!! don't feel that way!! honestly I'm on mostly at night..at and i don't even look at who posted it just look at the topics! I've had people view things hundreds of times and not gotten that many responses. Don't feel upset we are all here to help eachother

I wish we could put something out there that states each topic gets at least 5 posts or something so nobody feels left out...just a thought...i dunno

Btw ive noticed if a thread gets bumped to the 2nd page people rarely look so if 20 people come on and post those threads die :(

ITA i feel that way sometimes but it happens esp when there's so many new topics that bump down the others to the second page

Danielle think most of us have gone through that. Hell I posted how I found my secret brides ornament and no one replied.
